They paid so much attention to make sure she had ZERO pain. They checked on her very often during surgery to ask if she was okay. Even the secretaries at the desk were lovely. Wonderful service. To top it off… I recently had to cancel an appointment due to an unexpected surgery coming sooner then I thought. They whole team signed and sent a Get Well card filled with well wishes! "Dr. Amin was my dentist for many years. She is a competent dentist. I would not have stayed with her -- and recommended her to my friends -- if she weren't. However, I haven't seen her since she moved to her new office. I kept seeing the hygienist, whose bedside manners left a lot to desire, and who started making decisions about my treatment. Her staff lost my number and I stopped getting notifications about my appointments. Once, I went there for a cleaning and they sent me home because there was no dentist available that day. The least they could have done was call me. They also billed me twice, once for an extra appointment that I believed was unnecessary but the hygienist/pretend-dentist insisted I had to make, and twice for someone else's appointment. That was the last straw. I now have a new dentist and a new hygienist who recently gave me the best and gentlest cleaning I've ever had. So thanks to the hygienist/pretend-dentist, I found a new dental clinic I really like. I'm still giving FMFD one star."
