Reggie has worked with me a lot and has been great! Dr. Bui was great at explaining to me what was needed, what was being done, and answering my questions. Root canals are not fun! But Dr. Hifeda the endodontist was so soothing and calm! "Pressure is normal, pain is not." And when i felt pain in a "hot tooth" she sprang into action and quickly alleviated it! "I had a dental emergency the day before thanksgiving and called at 3:45pm. Ideal took me in at 4:15, diagnosed the problem and prescribed some medication to get me through the weekend. Great service above and beyond expectations!"

"Staff and Dentist weren’t prepared. After sitting in the chair for about 10 minutes the exam began. Then after the exam I was told that they couldn’t clean or fix anything unless I had a letter of release from my primary doctor due to chronic health problems and medications that I took. If they had told me that when I dropped in to make an appointment, I would have had the letter upon arrival of my appointment but I was never told that I needed one. So now I have to go back again to start and finish my treatment. It was a waste of time and money to not get my teeth cleaning that day. When I was in the office for scheduling my appointment I asked if my medications or health issues would be a problem. I asked if I needed any letters of explanation from my primary doctor or other doctors. They replied they need to review my file. I waited for about 30 minutes while they reviewed my file. Upon their return, they said everything is fine let’s make an appointment for next week. I had a whole week to get a letter from my primary doctor. Which is not a problem to get a letter of explanation from my doctor if it’s required. Unfortunately I was never told that it was required."

"I had an excellent experience at Ideal Dental Highland Village. I went in for a cleaning. Alex was my hygienist & he did a great job! He was knowledgeable & explained what he was doing every step of the way. This was also a routine exam including x-rays. I had worn the resin based composite from two back teeth. The dentist administered a small shot to deaden & worked quickly & precisely to fill the teeth. There was no pain! The front desk staff were friendly & professional on the phone when scheduling as well as while in office. They worked to verify my insurance & advised accordingly. I will definitely use Ideal Dentist Highland Village for my dental care for future services."
