"I do appreciate the comment of trying to fix the problem with a message on the Review Page. However, moving forward let’s keep it professional n respectful. Scheduling me and not calling me for dental services is very disrespectful towards me, at least allow me to even say if I’m available that day. I have a lot going on and I have prior appts already scheduled. Therefore, Feb 29, 2024 is not at all a good day for me. I would prefer a day when ortho is there so that I can get a complete cleaning of removal of my brackets n wires removed by the ortho team, since the Hygenist doesn’t remove them or don’t know how to remove or place them on n off. Please take a min to call to reschedule me for a more convenient appt. Again, thank you for responding but that day is already booked. Any why am I being scheduled in Cedar Hill or is that an error as well?"

"I am an Orthodontist patient and This is the worst managed office, they overbook, which means the employees working on our teeth are exhausted and over worked, the wait times are long. Please, Expect to be here half a day so I suggest you take the day off if you are coming on your lunch break. Because you won’t be seen til 1-2 hours of being checked in. They take lunch at 1pm so don’t book 3 hrs before that time frame. By the time you are seen your whole mood is off. I’ve seen two dental assistants who worked amazing here leave because of the office management and the many hours they are forced to work."

"I had prep for two crowns done today. The doctor and the assistants were all very attentive and made the experience surprisingly good. Very high tech equipment, too. And the doctor checked and double checked to make sure which two teeth I needed crowned. I highly recommend Ideal Dental in Cedar Hill."

"PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Extra billing and Services that I did not ask to be done: I specifically requested to only do the tests that were covered by my insurance at the time of booking the appointment and on the day of the appointment but they still did an additional X ray that was not covered. I called my insurance company (Cigna) that pulled up the call records that clearly mentioned to the person calling from Ideal Dental that the X ray was not covered but Ideal dental still went and did the X ray and charged me for it. When I called Ideal dental they refused to listen to me and re-check and revise the bill. Did not provide the service I asked for: I had booked an appointment to do basic cleaning but they refused to do that for me on the day of the appointment as I needed a deep cleaning. I waited for over an hour for the dentist to come and talk to me. They did not do what I requested for, did extra tests that were not covered by my insurance, wasted over 2 hours at the office without any service and a bill that now I need to pay out of pocked. The office staff is inconsiderate."

"I absolutely can not brag about this office enough. They are patient, communication is consistent and clear, professional and pleasant. This office is clean and I have never had a long wait in the 2 years my children have been coming. This office is amazing!!"
