"UPDATE: I was reached out to on here to contact the office. After several attempts and messages there has been no contact on their end. I had x-rays and an inspection done before my crowns (a month ago). I go to another dentist this last week to double check everything is ok. They found multiple things wrong from the X-rays that should have been obvious to a professional. Very unpleased. Had been coming here for a couple years. First off I want to say BEWARE and DO NOT go here if at all possible. Dentist, Moeza Seager is probably the worst dentist I’ve ever come in contact with. She suggested I have two crowns made at the same time (one on each side) and was not upfront about how long it would take. This was done at the end of December and the expected date of crown arrival would be January 15th. She kept on having trouble and blamed it on me having a “small mouth and strong bite.” When I was checking out they let me know the expected next appointment was. This would have been annoying but okay except for the fact I couldn’t eat normal foods because of how poor the temporary crowns were made. They kept cracking, one actually broke in half while I was eating something soft. I had a very important dinner that I let them know I had to attend that was prepaid and cost nearly what one of my crowns cost. After going back twice to get the temps redone (and numbing my full mouth) she promised to rush ship and would at least have “one side of my mouth working” by the time my dinner was. I called the Friday before the dinner (Sunday) and asked for a status update as I needed it done. NO ONE called me back after the front desk apparently relayed the message. The dental assistant was cold and came off like he was annoyed or hated his job, and the hygienist Navdeep was almost incompetent. I had to explain that I couldn’t use the ingredient alcohol in my mouthwash 4 different ways and kept asking me why. Shante the office manager called to address my concerns and left a voicemail. I returned the call but she was in an “important meeting” and not only didn’t email me like she said she was going to but never reached back out. In summary, the quality of their work is awful, they make false promises, if you have anxiety don’t even think about asking for nitrous because the dentist won’t use it. After giving Shante ample amount of time to reach back out I write this review to simply say, go somewhere else if you want a good, trustworthy experience and save yourself a massive headache (or tooth ache in my case)."

"Dr M Seager is very knowledgeable in her field, she showed me better ways to care for my teeth and pointed out things I was doing wrong that where affecting my teeth. She is friendly, easy to talk to and understanding. N Hundai did my teeth cleaning, she was very gentle, friendly to talk to and understanding of the pain I was experiencing. Front Dest Ana was also sweet and friendly to me. You ladies are awesome. Thanks for your help."
