"A gentleman who is no longer employed here verbally told me that they would give me the insured price for a root canal/crown, so I agreed and paid around $515 in 2023. Now that he is fired, the office is calling me and saying that I owe them $1000 still despite me having explained that Humana was not covering me and I wouldn't have new insurance until January with Cigna. I would have never agreed to have the service done before the new insurance was active if that were the case. If they send it to collections, I will be disputing. Terrible business practice. It is a shame because Dr Ferraro himself is a nice guy and did great work, but there is a disconnect in the communication somewhere."
