"BEWARE this place is a SCAM! Came here last year and they told me I had peridontal disease and needed a deep cleaning. Cleaning cost $800 after insurance. Called back to see if I could just get a regular cleaning since I wasn’t able to pay $800. They told me no. That was sketchy enough for me not to go back because my insurance offered 2 free cleanings per year. Fast forward to today, I visited another dentist. I don’t have periodontal disease and didn’t need a deep cleaning. I see other comments on here that had similar situation. This office needs to get investigated. They falsify information to try to get more money out of people. SO SAD. People work hard for their money and the last thing they need is “professionals” lying to their face."

"I reviewed this office 3 years ago, Nov. 2020. At that time, it was wonderful. Since then, I have seen 4 different doctors in this office. I go to my appointments like clockwork, twice a year! This last time (June 2023) I came in, it was a very bad experience. They tried to tell me I had gum disease. I had just had my appointment in December and I couldn't understand how I would develop gum disease in that length of time when I brush twice a day minimum, etc. The lady who did my x rays was very nice. However, the lady who was checking my gums and things she was rude. She kept talking about her family member taking Ozempic and why people couldn't just lose weight like normal people. As a plus size woman. I was very offended! Then the dentist came in and she started telling me how she couldn't do my cleaning. Because I needed to have a special cleaning. Because I had gum disease and all this stuff. And it was gonna cost me all this money. They did extra X-rays that later was not covered by my insurance. It was just a horrible experience and I still didn't get my teeth cleaned. The only reason I bring this up now is because I had to wait until my insurance date changed so that I could go to someone new and get a 2nd opinion. As I thought, I do not have gum disease! I had 0 cavities! My mouth had NO issues! I knew they were lying!! I will never go to them again! They don't deserve even the 1 star!"

I’m please with the service I received and can’t wait until my next office visit. Dr. Cynthia was the best as well thank you all for your hard work."
