"Horrible experience! Would never recommend anyone to the Lewisville office. Disgusting and dirty, old and out of date equipment, and had an odd smell in the office. It was a complete waste of my time and time I took off from work. They didn’t even do my cleaning that I’m sure they still billed my insurance for because the “hygienist had already left for the day” Isn’t this the whole reason I’m here!! I never write reviews about places because I understand things happen, but this was just an odd experience from the minute I arrived to the minute I left."

"Monarch Dental - Lewisville TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE…. My first appointment on 10/2 @5pm got cancelled 30min before the appointment because the doctor never returned from lunch. My rescheduled on 10/10 2pm was awful. The office never ran my insurance so I waited in the waiting room for 1hr. I had a scheduled appointment for a procedure. Once I got to the room Dr Richardson made me feel very uncomfortable and it was very awkward. He than left the room and never came back. The office manager had to tell me that Dr Richardson will not do the procedure today (which was the reason I was there) and would reschedule the next day. The office manager would not give me a reason and it was a complete waste of my day. If anyone from Monarch Dental is reading this, I would love a follow up call."

"I have been following Monarch from Denton/Corinth to Lewisville. And glad the front desk representative is always flexible and great on follow-ups. The care on our oral health has been so good and I have no reason to change it."
