"I had an appointment scheduled for today and while the weather isn’t the best, I was still planning on going to it. I left a voicemail this morning and called on the way to let them know I was still coming and might be a little late. I drove 45 minutes in bad traffic to get there. When I showed up, the door was locked and no one was there. After waiting for thirty minutes, I concluded that no one was going to show up. I received no updates this morning saying that the office was going to be closed and the appointment needed to be rescheduled. I can’t speak for the services that Dr. Taylor provides. But on an administrative level, this is very unprofessional and doesn’t consider the schedule and time of the patient. I don’t plan on getting back in touch with this office to reschedule my appointment; I’ll happily take my business elsewhere."

"I LOVE Dr. Taylor! Been going to him for 15+ years and he is honest and knows what he is doing. He has watched several of my teeth for years rather than giving me unnecessary fillings or expensive dental work. I've been to the dentists that believe in charging an arm and a leg for things that were painful and completely unnecessary but Dr. Taylor is NOT one of those dentists. My husband was TERRIFIED of going to the dentist after a horrible experience as a child. Pretty sure he hasn't missed a cleaning, even through COVID, since he started seeing Dr. Taylor. Could not recommend him more. This is the only google review I've ever written if that gives you any idea how I feel. Here's to a healthy smile!"
