"Brident dentists are fine but the the front office staff and medical assistants are clueless. I’ve had misscheduled appointments, one person had a completely different insurance company on file, another who was taking X-rays asked me if I was a new patient. I replied…no, don’t you have my previous X-rays on file? She looked it up and said oh yes, now I see. They just don’t seem on top of things or are just trying to make pleasant conversation and don’t realize how clueless they come across."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!! All the reviews about this place are TRUE! This place is a scam!! They are short staffed. From the moment I walked in every patient was upset. I was told my gums were good but then they turned around and said that I needed a special gum serum and tried charging me $304 for a cleaning. When I asked for the cleaning that my insurance Covered they told me she cannot do that because she would loose her license. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Please please do not waste your time here. I’ve wasted 2.5 HR here and now I’m out $15. This place should be shut down IMMEDIATELY."

"Took my mother to this location for Dentures. We met doctor this past Summer, they started the process with an initial quote with reports of insurance covering a significant portion…. 3 months later still no impressions, and another few months later with several rescheduled dates we are hit with a higher fee for out of cost pocket and told insurance is not covering! They never answer phone, you get directed to everywhere but the person you want to speak to and new faces it seems all the time (attribute us being given a new quote to the failure of their staff who all of a sudden is gone)! Basic point, I took a loan out to help my mother get teeth and now we are paying for no service received! My mother is 65, please don’t let this happen to your mother! This company is not professional and never reached out or attempted to correct the issue! Please run the opposite direction for this is not good business!"

"Been sitting in the chair sisince 1130 dentist comes in around 1150 determine my treatment plan leaves another 10-15 office manager comes in tells me the plan around 1225 it is now 110 and still waiting for my cleaning. No one has said any thing to me. This has become common practice at the Euless office, they should deduct the cost from my time. I could understand this if I was a walk in .I had an appointment for 1115"
