"I went there this morning as a new patient appointment, very disappointed and left. The front desk lady was not friendly and not willing to help. I guess she doesn’t like to do little extra work to help people. I asked her if she can verify my dental insurance card before hand as the last person I spoke over the phone for scheduling appointments told me to go either inperson or call ahead of time on my appointment day as she was having some technical issues to verify my insurance card on that day. I requested same to the lady in the front desk but she was very rude and not willing to even try!!! She made me feel like dumb as if I don’t know the difference between medical insurance and dental!!!. Very bad customer service experience. Never going again."

"made 1st. appointment for 10am. was called to be there at 9am I was on time. They got around to see me around 10:15, shot 25 X-rays at me, then 20 min later I talked to A Dentist I think she did not tell me her name. then 40 min later, came in to discuss my options with my insurance. No one was rude per say, but lets just be clear they were not friendly people. Maybe there was a death in the office or something but it seemed like everyone did not want to be there. Especially me, after a 1/2 hour of being there as well. When I left, and declined any more service from them, they only gave me photo static copies of the x-rays and did not email them to me like they said they would. I will not be going back and feel worried about having another DDS X-ray me to death again."

"Not very happy with the work I had done here. I had a bunch of composite fillings (8 or so) done here about 2 and a half years ago and they've already started to disintegrate. Don't know what kind of composite they were/are using but it's absolute rubbish. One of the fillings simply popped out a while ago while I was flossing my teeth and now there's just a big hole in my tooth right near the gumline (painful). At the time one of the fillings wasn't done properly and was incomplete (there was a teeny tiny hole where the dentist actually missed covering the entire tooth with filling) so that the very same day I came home after the work had been finished, I noticed it and for 2 solid weeks after that I had nerve pain in that particular molar and I basically couldn't eat on that side of my mouth. I'm genuinely livid and have been for quite some time about the shoddy work done here. I mean, when you spend 3 or 4 separate appointments and nearly $2,000 for dental work you expect it to be done perfectly and have it last, not for the dentist to make glaring errors. I never went back, even though the staff were all very nice, because I was so upset. I mean, do dentists not have to guarantee their work? Does Monarch even intend on fixing their mistakes? Insane. I'd be weary about coming here ever again and even then I probably wouldn't because I can't afford it. It really sucks as a patient when you end up having to pay dearly for the dentist's mistakes."
