"Clay is cool but the lady that Answers the phone is very rude and not a peoples person. Need to find a new gig. I called in to check on my vehicle that they have had for almost 2 months. Not only did she complain she was the only one at work and she have no clue what’s going on?????But she hung up in face when I questioned her response. I was only asking her what does “in mechanic” mean. She could not tell me. Her reply was I don’t know. It’s with a mechanic. Very unacceptable with the amount of money spent to repair vehicles"
"Would not touch my truck. Got a little rain in the cab and was afraid of a electrical problem with wiring. Been driving for weeks no electrical issues. Just needed carpet replaced."
"Horrible customer service and communication. Service King in other locations are fantastic. This location, not so much. Took 3 weeks just to have them send in the estimate for approval. I had to call them multiple times before it finely happened, and I had to have my agent repeatedly call as well. The front desk person seemed bothered to answer the phone."

"After being t-boned, our insurance had us take our car to Service King. Prior to the accident, as a gift, my husband had recently had my car completely detailed. It looked beautifu, just like brand new. It appears that after the repairs to my car were completed, they attempted to wash it, and I am completely beyond upset with the way the inside of my car looks. It looks as if the same dirty rags and dirty water were used to clean 20 cars and then mine too. It's just disgusting and unsanitary. I wish they would have just done the repairs to the body of my car and left the interior alone."
