"My older kids have been going to Dr Strickland for many years for cleanings. The dentist doesn't seem to do much, but the office was convenient and seemed sufficient for teeth cleaning. And they usually participated with our dental insurance. We have always been in good standing and paid any bills on time. But I called with a billing question and they no longer answer the phone, and refuse to return a phone call. I called at different times, over several different days, leaving a message each time. No response. Even if they don't know the answer, or aren't sure, at least they should have the decency to return a patient's phone call. Ridiculous and extremely frustrating. Absolute disregard for patients here. Just do not go here unless you want a huge headache, to go along with your toothache."

"Todd Strickland's office is one of the most inefficient and careless dentists I have ever had the misfortune of being treated by. I have been waiting over 4 months for a permanent crown, a process that normally takes 2-3 weeks. Every time I have talked to them, it is nothing but excuses and no delivery. I had to come in for an emergency because I got an infection in my gums where the temporary crown is located due to food items getting stuck in there and rotting (even with me using floss and mouthwash to try to keep it clean). That was 2 months ago, still no crown. I've now had to resort to filing a complaint with TSBDE in regards to the lack of care that I have received and the borderline fraud, since I already paid for the permanent crown and related services, as has my insurance, but have not received what has been paid for. Phone calls are no longer returned, and often times no one answers the phone. The office has ridiculously limited hours, and I just realized that they scheduled me for a cleaning for next Friday, but they aren't even open on Fridays! The incompetence is astounding. The office is also filled with extremely old and outdated equipment, including TV's that are, I kid you not, from the late 90's or early 00's. Trust me, you do not want to come here to be treated, go elsewhere."
