"Our family has been patients of Dr. Mabry for over 25 years. We love the staff. Recently, however, small operational things have seemed to change. For example, for my last visit, it was confirmed, but 48 hours prior to the visit, I received a notice that the visit was cancelled (it had not been cancelled). I had to call back to verify. The while I was checking out from the visit, I received another notice that this very visit was cancelled! I also noticed that the tooth polish being used for my most recent visit is different and did not seem as effective. I hope these tweaks will be rectified soon!"
