"I only ever bring my car to this location to get the oil change done. The guide counter didn’t even want to look up information in their system to ensure that they used the same product as before. I was also told after I paid that my dipstick was broken prior to them beginning service. I’ve only brought my car to this location since I got it and was never told anything about a broken dipstick prior to this. The quality of the service has gone down, and the prices have gone up."
"Never again! My car had a small power steering leak. I was quoted $450 to fix it in order to get my inspection . Since when did that become a thing with inspection? It's not! If you're a woman taking your vehicle there use caution. Your best bet is a local Mom and pops shop where it's about the customer and not ripping someone off !"

"I waited for an hour to have an oil change and tire rotation. They didn’t check the air pressure in the tires. Doug was extremely helpful and the other three gentleman seemed more interested in their conversations than customer service. Don’t allow them to clean your headlights, it’s not worth the $89 cost."
"Went in for an inspection and waited over an hour to just get the car pulled in. Then to top it off the individual working on my inspection was smoking while on the job, even left his cigarettes in my vehicle. The lack of customer satisfaction has gone downhill and I will not come back again. I’ll be taking my 3 vehicles to the Waxahachie location going forward, longer commute but worth the drive."
