"If I could give this a ZERO star review I totally would. My mom was there at around 12:50 pm for a possible Diagnostic check. She was there maybe 10 min. She had $500 in her console and when she was in there and 2 hours later she realized she only had $300 left. She called and spoke with Service Manager George. She didn't accuse but asked if he could check up on it. He refused, said they had a sign that said they were not responsible for LOST items and not liable. The sign does not say stolen, but again there was no accusation. There was no attempt to look into this and when pressed he said "how dare you accuse such a thing, this employee has been with us for years," and a direct quote here- YELLED "Hey (employee name) did you take this lady's money?" in a very sarcastic tone. Very inappropriate and the level of DISREPECT shown to not only my mother but the employee to yell out that question in front of other techs and customers was DISGUSTING. What should have been handled in a private manner was absolutely not? $200 is a lot of money and had Service Manager George handled this in a professional way, a review would have not been posted and we may not have had to get law enforcement involved. Tell me Vanguard KIA, Is this how you treat your customers?"

"Truly terrible experience. My daughter took car to this place cause it was burning oil. Took it there before warranty was out. They kept car for over two weeks and then came back to tell us we had to drive car more to run more test. Had to drive for over 1 thousand miles.They eventually came back and stated car need new motor however the car was now out of warranty by about 100 miles. They said they could do nothing. We now having to replace motor on our on.Please don't buy a kia. The warranty they say they offer is not honored."

"Been here before back in Jun, had to cancel last appt due to conflicting schedule. Staff was thoughtful, was able to recharge my phone, but it quite some time to get work done. Place was nice and clean but cooler than I like. Overall experience was not bad."

"I primarily use this place for repairs and inspections on my 2018 Kia Soul. Not always the fastest service, but the staff are helpful and not overly pushy with additional maintenance once declined. The waiting area is comfortable and fully featured, and that along with the time required for maintenance means it's a great location to get your car looked at while you read a book or bring a laptop to work on. For my car's warranty inspection and oil change I arrived at 8:45 on a Friday and was there until about 11:30, but I had no problem getting updates on my service and I wasn't subjected to any surprise fees or add-ons."
