"After the dentist office rescheduled our first appointment we rescheduled for today. The morning of the second appointment I received a text saying they had to cancel this appointment because the dentist wasn’t coming in. When I called to rescheduled they weren’t even open. My daughter is school age and missed her first period of school for the appointment. When I asked for a note they told me since she was not seen by the doctor they could not provide one. They were fine with my daughter getting an unexcused absence and basically a zero for whatever assignment she missed. This office is extremely unreliable and unsympathetic to patient needs. I wouldn’t recommend this office or dentist for my pet let alone a family member."
