Due to another dentist’s work, she was terrified of how much this dental work was going to hurt. Dr. Eskander was SO patient and caring with diagnosing the problem and during the treatment. She loved that he explained each step, didn’t seem rushed or act like she was an inconvenience when she asked questions or needed a pause. If any of my family or friends need an Endodontist, I won’t hesitate to recommend his office!"

"Dr. Eskander is easily the best I’ve ever been to. I always particularly hated dentist visits because of how painful they are, and a root canal felt nothing short of dreadful. However, Dr. Eskander was absolutely phenomenal. From the second we walked into the door until way after the appointment ended. Here’s the story for those who are interested in the details: I’d initially needed the root canal and my general dentist referred me to a nearby Sigma Dental Specialists. When I tried to schedule an appointment, they said next available was about two weeks out. Knowing the urgency of my situation, we reached out to Dr. Eskander’s office, who said they could get us in much earlier. The office staff were extremely friendly. When couldn’t reach me on the phone, they texted me and were very flexible with how we communicated and allowed my fiancé to give them my insurance information since I couldn’t call them from work. When we walked in, Dr. Eskander himself greeted us at the front and welcomes us in. Before he even started anything, he communicated exactly what will need to be done and why. He also made sure before he did anything at all that I was completely comfortable and numbed enough so that I didn’t experience any pain through what I thought would be a dreadful process. Once he started, Dr. Eskander would literally check in on how I’m doing every few minutes. While still getting me comfortable at the beginning, I was a bit uncomfortable and he and his assistant ensured I was 100% comfortable before starting anything. I truly have never had a better experience in that chair. One of the most impressive things about this experience though: his expertise. My dentist initially sent me to a specialist because she’s amazing and honestly admitted she’s not comfortable performing the procedure on me since I had three roots and one of them was basically hidden. When I got to Dr. Eskander’s and he went in, he realized as he was working that my curvature and whole tooth anatomy is much more complicated (and I saw the pictures!). Somehow, this man made it work, and so perfectly. I did not feel an ounce of pain past the anesthetic injection — and even that was much less painful than I expected. Finally, later that day, Dr. Eskander called to personally check in and see how I’m doing. He also informed me he’d call the next day to check in again. He’s truly the best of the best I’ve ever experienced. I did not even know you could have a *regular* dentist appointment this comfortably, let alone a root canal procedure. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Overall, Dr. Eskander was extremely welcoming and humble, very knowledgeable and informative, truly experienced, and genuinely cares for every single one of his patients. He also never rushed us, and took his time as if I was the only patient he has all day. I am so fortunate to have gotten the opportunity to go to him. If you’re wondering where to get your dental work done, I have no doubt he’d take the best care of you. Next day update: Dr. Eskander had informed me of how much pain meds I can take and how often for pain… however, I did not need a single pill since the procedure! I got my crown placed at my dentist’s office immediately following the root canal. Because of the long hours my jaw was open, my jaw and cheeks are a bit sore. Otherwise, very minimal discomfort overall! And of course, both Dr. Eskander and his assistant checked in this morning to ensure I’m still doing well and advise me further on how to care for even the minor discomfort I’m having post-procedure. I have been dreading this procedure and putting it off for months due to one reason or another — and Dr. Eskander covered all those reasons. I wish I had gotten an appointment with him months ago when I first found out. I am truly very impressed with how well this all went; it could not have possibly gone better. Very grateful to Dr. Eskander and his team."
