"I have been taking my daughter here for years, today Ranger Dental staff has rubbed me the wrong way. I have never had anything bad to say, hence the 1 stars, but I was told that our appointment would be canceled because I told the staff I don't feel comfortable with my "6" year old "Daughter" under gas in the back by herself. I didn't raise my voice, argue, just voiced myself as a parent, saying I do not feel comfortable. Maybe when she's 10, but not right now, esp under gas. So the staff told me that I couldn't go back, I asked was this a policy, I was told no...that's just a rule they have made. So because a PARENT doesn't feel comfortable, we're told that our appointment is canceled. So we will no longer be going back to Ranger."

"After searching for the right dental office for my 5yr, I have finally found it! From the phone call to the first visit everything ran so smoothly. The front staff was very professional and make you feel welcomed. They let you know from the start that they don’t allow parents back during treatment which I appreciated. What I value most from a dental office is honesty. The DA Frank was also very nice and explained everything thoroughly. They made us feel so comfortable. Coming from someone who works in a dental office several years, I recommend this office 100%!"
