Dental Access

"Prompt and professional service. It works with my insurance too. My only complaint is the dentist Dr. Nguyen is too rough. Everytime I visit it is considerably painful. I had a routine cleaning today and it was miserable. Its 11 hours later right now and my teeth and gums are still sore. I can't imagine having dental surgery here. I did see a lot of red with the saliva tube machine and then after the procedure I rinsed my mouth with water outside and spat and it was all red. I asked my coworkers if routine cleanings are painful for them and they all said no. I may change dentist to see if it is just me or them."

"Very unprofessional clinic. Called multiple times to get information on finishing up my procedure, and was assured I would be called back. Never happened. After multiple calls I finally get an update and an appointment time for 8am just to be waiting for over a half hour in the waiting area to be seen."

"The office manager is nice until she has to justify why your claim is denied. Then she talks about trust! My claim was denied so I investigated to see why. My insurance representative said that the denial had nothing to do with my dentures. When the representative called Betty hung up on her! Betty called me told me to bring my card to get my refund and she would keep my teeth. It didn’t make sense why she was mad because my insurance wanted to refund some of my cost. If you choose to go there, please get copies of your invoices and get what she will charge you in writing."
