Moreover, he is an honest guy and won't overcharge people. His interest is to make cars run better but Not how to make more money out of your pocket. I have been following him to different shops when he changed locations."

"DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. Maybe their response will change this review when I take my truck (or they tow it) over there Monday. But... Back in January I had them rebuild my transmission in my Toyota tundra. It has had issues off and on since I got it back. A few months after I got it back I told them that it was leaking transmission fluid on my driveway and I had to pay $180 to have it towed up there. Then they didn't told me it was an oil leak and trans wasnt leaking. Now a few months after that I realized I actually have both an oil leak and yes my transmission has also been leaking all this time....and I've got it on video. Nearly poors our like a faucet too. It barely drives now. I want it fixed MONDAY while I'm standing there watching them fix it. Update. Joe's response today was it was my falt for driving it after he told me it wasn't leaking a few months ago. There is no way for a non mechanic to know this truck was leaking because it's a self contained system and he knows that....he offered no help and I'm going to sue him in court so I can't say anything else. Run from these guys."

"Do not go to this guy!! I took my car here today to check the ac and have an estimate but he did not tell me the estimate would have costed me $51 until after the fact. I wish he told me before that it costed to get it estimated and was so rude too."

"This is my transmission. When I decided not to have them replace it, they put my transmission on the back seat and gave me my car back. It was there 2 weeks and he kept saying they were putting it back together and I would be notified when I can pick it up. I was charged 612.00 and had to pay this before they would release my car to be towed. My car was there 2 weeks and now it has grease and some other substance stuck on it. They didn't have the decency to try to put it back together and put it back where they got it from. On top of that I wasn't even notified that they weren't putting it back together."

"Recently had my transmission repaired and fan clutch replaced. They checked the Air conditioner and found it to be leaking refrigerant. The air would not get even cool while idling. The fixed everything perfectly. The cost were very reasonable. One of the reasons I will trust them with all of my vehicles is due to the other customer interactions I observed while waiting. There were two different customers that had different issues that could easily have been very expensive. However, when they did the diagnostics they found one issue to be a $4 part and customers bill was negligible. The other had possible transmission issue. The customer was convinced the he needed a new transmission but during diagnostics they found that the transmission was is perfect order. The technician told the customer that he couldn't find anything to repair and couldn't in good conscience charge for unnecessary repairs. The integrity of the manager, technicians, and the owner is refreshing. Thanks again for the wonderful work you did on my Dodge Ram!"
