"If I could give them 0 stars I would. My daughter is 3 years old, of course she is going to cry with strangers. My daughter was taken to the back for a procedure, I was told my daughter was going to be put in a vest. When my daughter was done she came to us crying and hollering. The assistant stated they had a hard time calming her down. But never did she mention they BURNED my daughters back, and THAT might’ve been the reason why she also might’ve been crying so much! Absolutely ridiculous, I understand it is a procedure and there is protocols to be followed.. however if you cannot take care of your patient you should advised the parent! I would be switching my daughter from bear creek, all in general. After having both of my kids and being a patient for 12+ years, I will no longer be going."

"They were able to get me in for a same day appointment and explained everything to me, referred me, and called to get me in by the next afternoon. Let me charge my phone (it was on 1%), gave my daughter a balloon, and took a picture of my daughter and put it on a cute little button for me."
