DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

"Rude associate at this location with an attitude problem. Bad customer service. I tried returning a purse I bought at another dsw with a receipt but with no tag and she said she can’t return items with no tag. I told her that is false because I had just bought it 2 weeks ago unused I had receipt and within the 90 day return policy. I told her there was no tag when I originally bought it, she said that’s not true because they had a lot of those purses in stock. I bought it in sugarland. She was like then go back to sugarland. I called customer service and complained , they told me to call the store and speak to the manager . I also called another dsw store and she agreed with me and said she should have been able to return it. It sucks because this is the closest store to me, all this to return a purse. So stressful. Train your associates better Humble dsw."

"The shoes have good prices and they gave me a discount for first time member! I was hesitant about coming in but I'm quite happy with my purchase. They also have a variety of shoes as well"

"Order 2 pair of shoes. Got a confirmation they were ready for pickup. Was headed to pick them up when I got an email that I cancelled the order. I did not cancel! Called the store. Was told by an employee (who was very pleasant) that a manager had printed the orders that they were ready. Another manager cancelled the order because they did not have the shoes I ordered. This is ridiculous! Why was their inventory showing they had them if they didn’t have them. I could have checked another location early if I would have known. Have not shopped here often. Now I know why!"

"I needed new sandals and could only find good deals on their website. The problem is that they do not carry wide widths, and many clearance shoes are still $80 or more. They are a great place for normal widths and designer shoes at a slight discount. Not great for those with "not standard" feet."
