"Where do I even start?! I originally tried to change my brake pads at home on my 2017 Mazda 3, but ended up messing up the rear brake calipers. After many hours of stress, I had my car towed to Denton Mazda Service Center. They were so polite and professional! I was expecting to have to buy whole new calipers, that it would taken multiple days, AND cost an extra thousand dollars. Well the professionals at Mazda disassembled both calipers and put them back together in only a FEW HOURS. Then on top of that they took a video of everything they did to my car and showed how thorough they were. I am BLOWN AWAY!! This was the best mechanic experience I have ever been through.
