"I had my windshield wipers replaced a couple of months ago. They had stopped working entirely. I called the shop expecting to go through a long painful process... not my experience at all. Alex told me to bring my car in and that the parts would be under warranty and they would get my wipers working again. I brought my car in and they had me in and out very fast. I was truly impressed with their professionalism and the way they treated customers. I observed others coming and going and each customer was treated with respect and courtesy that I do not see often anymore. I have to say that I will not hesitate to return here, nor will I hesitate to recommend to them to friends and family.
