"I had my car towed to Crowley Tire & Auto service without know anything about them. They were able to get my car in asap. The engine was knocking which was strange because I’d just recently had my oil changed. After first telling me the diagnosis, Rigo contacted the KIA dealership where I’d been getting service. He told them of the issue and provided a video of what was going on. It turns out there was a recall for this issue. KIA was able to tow the car and replace the engine. It was my pleasure working with the folks at Crowley Tire. They went above and beyond to get this taken care of. From the front desk to the service technicians it was a great experience! I’ll be back!"

"I came in to have my car inspected and had the pleasure of meeting Tonya. She greeted me with a smile and asked me what did I need help with and I told her that I needed an inspection. She took my keys and went out the door and done the inspection in approximately 15 minutes I just want to thank her for the awesome work and the beautiful personality that she has they have a poster board up in the store and it has prayer request on it. "Great! I’ve been to two other places nearby for an oil change and I think Crowley Tire and Auto is the best value. They got me in right away. Great price and since I was worried about a few things on my vehicle they did a mechanical inspection and found what needed to be done and gave me a fair quote without pressure. Also, I appreciated that they anticipated my need to charge my phone while I waited! Definitely a culture of taking good care of people."
