This location had wonderful customer service they answered all of my questions were very responsive and actually called when they said they would and kept me in the loop from beginning to end. The service was very quick dropped off in the morning picked up in the evening with same day repair service. Satisfied with the cost as well I will tell all my friends and family about this location."

"I had to make 2 trips to Firestone since they did not order the tires for my first scheduled appointment. So it appears that making an appointment on the Firestone website is a total waste of time. I applied for a Firestone card because I was told I could get an additional 5% discount with the $50 promotional.The new set of tires had a manufacture date code that said they were already a year old. I specifically requested new tires that were no more than 3 months old. The new tires did not even look like they were new tires because they were dull colored black and misshapened. It took 20 minutes per tire to install because they were not set up for changing 15 inch tires. The alignment was done so fast (15minutes) they could not have had time to really do an alignment. No printout with the alignment because Hunter machine was broken awaiting repair. In the waiting area the seat bottoms are all torn. Coffee service dirty/nasty and no coffee cups. Mens restroom smelled like an outhouse."

"Brought in a brand new vehicle that had a nail in the tire. The person that serviced the tire chipped the rim and then covered it up with wheel grease so I wouldn’t notice until I got home and cleaned it off. Scummy people work here."

My visit was not scheduled, and I understood the potential for time to resolve the issue. Due to prior commitments, I planned to return to address the issue. Still, the team was able to resolve the issue in record time, ensuring the issue was resolved and my overall safety was guaranteed. The service was exemplary and shows the customer service that Firestone represents."

"Dropped my car off at 9:30am for a conventional oil change and was told it would be ready in an hour and they would call me. I had to call at 10:30 asking for an update and, at first, he said my car was finished but after checking, they hadn't even pulled my car back yet. He told me it'd be another 30-40 minutes. I had a similar experience the last time I got my oil changed here and decided to give them one more shot. I won't be returning."
