"Shoe Carnival isn’t one of our favorite places to shop for shoes, but we do stop in from time to time because my wife likes the place and location. For me, their prices are too high, and I see why there are very few shoppers at this SW Houston location. On this particular visit the store was clean and organized. The Associate actually asked us if we needed help. In the past the store was unorganized and looked not clean and no one would asked if you needed help. Glad to see they have made improvements. Prices are still too high."
"Had high hopes at 1st called and was told they have alot of the size I was looking for. Was told by an employee no they didn't but they said they would help me, so I though oh okay this might work. Employee got pulled away and said they would be right back. Waited 10+ min and they never came back, turns out they were running the cash register instead of coming back. I hate shoe shopping as is so this really upset me for my 1st time at this store. Only reason I got something was someone offered to buy it"
