"The customer service is horrible! They didn’t greet me or anyone else that walked into the store. Do you need assistance with anything, NOTHING! I usually wear a size 10, but everything ran a bit small, there were only a few shoe styles that were a size 11. I thought about purchasing something but I couldn’t move myself to do so after being ignored. Please train your employees, customer service is key in business. You don’t even have to be friendly, but a greeting is the least you can do!"
