"When we were having AC issues, these guys were highly recommended by another RV repair guy. Alex and son Bobby did not disappoint. Alex gave me instructions on how to troubleshoot and possibly fix the issue. When it didn't, we scheduled a time, Bobby came and took pictures and diagnosed the issue. Then, Alex dealt with the warranty company. Bobby came back once it was approved and changed out our unit. Could not be happier with their service. Professional, and really knows their stuff. "Alex & his son are excellent. He explores all options to fix the problem. Not just "you need to order a whole new...whatever". With our fridge in the past, he just gave me advice (free advice) over the phone and I was able to get that fixed the cheapest way myself. And other times, he has given me simple advice that solved the issue. Then when eventually there was a problem I couldn't tackle, I finally got to meet Alex. Our fresh water tank was leaking, and because ordering a new tank was going to take forever and even had to be custom made, Alex & his son figured a way to repair the leak even though it was in very difficult spot. Very reasonably priced. I would very highly recommend Alex. Old school, honest and very good at what he does."

"Alex and Rob have been so AWESOME!!! Came right out to help me when Temps were at 100° and my ac wasn't working for 2 days already and had it fixed in 30 mins!!! Then my on demand hot water heater decided to act up and they got that fixed quick!!! Also had a small water leak that the dealer said they fixed but didn't and they fixed that in like 30 seconds!!!
