"Made a purchase to be delivered, supposed to have been a 2 day delivery, ended up being a 6 day delivery. Keep in mind I paid for the 2 day service. After receiving my package was the wrong size. Called the location that was closest to me to make a in store exchange ànd the location didn't have the same shoe I ordered so I was told I could get another that's in the same price range. Had my aunt to go to store and do the exchange and the store was loud with music as of you were in a club. So I'm on speaker with aunt to explain to the cashier what the issue was , she's yelling, the music loud as ever and so I guess she got irritated with me not being able to hear her, and she says" You know what". And all I hear is the phone hit the counter, she had done threw the phone back to my aunt. I asked aunt did she throw the phone back? Aunt stated yes. My aunt is not about confrontation so she just excuse the lady attitude. I will be contacting the managers or corporate. Location was at Houston Texas , Willowbrook Mall."

"Shout out to Cashier: 46757885 on Feb 23, 2022. I returned to the store to return some boots. I was having a day and this young black gentleman handled it with ease. I made it clear that the issue wasn’t with him but that I was irritated. He was super kind, helpful, and professional throughout the transaction. Thank you and hopefully you see this!"
