"Was reffered here but did not like my experience. The receptionist did not set proper expectations when it came to dropping off my car. Couldnt get ahold of them for 5 days after dropping it off. I ended up going to a different mechanic after hearing the estimate, who fixed it for a lower price than Tonys. They called me after my previous review and talked about it with me and even offered a refund for diagnostics. Declined because they thought this was a fair price for the work they did. My summary is that they are good people, they just stay busy and miscommunication can happen as a result. Also it may take a while for your car to get taken care of."

I ended up going to a different mechanic who fixed it for a lower price than Tony's diagnostic price. They charged me 60$ to have my car for 5 days without even looking at it. They get two stars because at least they had the decency to smile while ripping you off."
