Story is we bought too many pairs shoes from this store but one of my tennis shoe’s shoelaces holder come loose we unable to repair so we brought back to store to seek help but Sara wouldn’t like to help and she asked us to provide the date of purchase! We bought too many pairs, unable to remember the date of purchase. She pulled all my purchases through my phone number but to refuse to look for the date of purchase. This is our first experience about this store manager."

"Stopped by on a Saturday morning because I had seen a cute pair of Cole Haan sandals online and wanted to see if I could try them on in my size. They had the shoe but not in the color and size I needed but I was able to try it on in my size in a different color. The salesman, Larry, was very helpful and offered to order them in my size and color preference and ship them to my home for free. I was pleasantly surprised by his great service."
