"Went in for an alignment, the man who attended me had me buy camber bolts to install. He went ahead and put them on and charged me, the car was not aligned properly. I went in again, not only did he charge me another $50 but my vehicle was in worse condition then the first time. His exact words were “ya kedo el carro” that was about a year ago. Never went back and went with Pueblo tires, there they explained the problem well and provided me with a printout of the issue. The person at Pueblo was even skeptical about the “camber bolts” that were supposedly installed. Worse service at Saenz auto and truthfully I felt robbed."
