"We ordered a part for our truck on a Friday. My husband asked for 2 day shipping because it was urgent. Part came in on Wednesday, and at pickup, we realized they'd ordered the incorrect part. Not even for the same model as ours. They placed an order for the correct part and still charged us the 2 day shipping even though the error was caused by their staff. So we are paying for expedited shipping even though we're waiting over a week for a part that we should've had early on had it not been for employee carelessness. We asked about not having to pay for the expedited shipping since we did not receive the art in an expedited manner, and no luck. We're told we have to pay it anyway. No attempts to alleviate their mess up. Bad service, bad business, zero problem solving skills."
