"The mechanics were really helpful, they made sure to call international first to see if they had the parts before quoting me, unfortunately the only bad thing was the lady attending. She really needs to be nicer when someone asks her something, but other than that this place was good."

"If you get a flat tire and they cant help you don't accept their help with a contact. Provencios road side. They charged us $570 for a flat tire for a hot shot trailer. The tire was “new” and in less than 20 mins tire was flat again. I think their pricing is ridiculous not even loves and companies up north(who normally take advantage of this industry) charge this much. Its a rip off and they are taking advantage of people. Hope TA gets their fair share in this little business. Ive had reefer repairs on roadside service and semi trucks too no one has ever told me they have a fee of $400 just for the call plus the time which only took about 20 mins the tire i was willing to pay $150 since it was “new”. But $420 just for changing a tire, you must be the best out there and a recognized shop, but honestly i cant even find your business online so no one know you and it will stay like that cause you dont know what you are doing. As for TA what a shame that you are giving your customers this care. Hope you get your cut too. And Cindy your pricing does not make sense and you being out of your office is not an excuse for you not to know how to explain the fees to me you could have just told me i was your only business of the day and you needed to get in full revenue for the day. Bad service still flat ended up with a flat tire. With $570 it should have been a tire that lasted a bit longer."

"First or if you’re looking for a location that has tons of parking had enough room to be able to maneuver and park your truck safety this is the spot. At night they have a police over watch tower. This may be a live one or one to scare away potential issues. Customer service was on point. There is not country side Restaurant here but the alternative selection was great. Taco spot that does breakfast to dinner at reasonable pricing. Showers are clean and are big. Overall this is a TA that I would spot at again if I find myself in that area again."

"Got there at 7:00 was told 8:30 once we get this truck in. Three trucks later they say 10:30 sir. I see them get another truck in. They lied first come first serve. It's a lie. They got Three truck in and out. Went to Love truck stop and they kept there word. Will get you in about an hour. They finished the truck in front got me in. They were almost finished, when I get a call from they 12:00 No thank You. I found a Great, Awesome, Shop. Love Truck Stop Shop. Way Better. Way Way Faster."
