"Totally fine selection on shoes but not nearly enough employees for the amount of customers. I had an employee set aside shoes to hold for me for an hour so I could come back and buy them as a gift and they got sold immediately despite the employee taking my name and putting them in the back."

"Literally the WORST costumer service. When you walk in the first thing you see is the same girl talking on the phone while there’s a big line of customers waiting to get check out or trying to get a size. This is the third time i’ve come and is horrible. Yall need better service is ridiculous walking in and seeing employees flirting and talking on the phone. No type of management whatsoever. The store is run by unprofessional KIDS.DO BETTER. And Also fire that girl she doesn’t even deserve a job."

"Horrible customer service. Everyone standing around looking like they rather be somewhere else. The manager attitude sucks. Does not even acknowledge customers. Poor stock guy had to help because she standing there with her head in the clouds. Even when she took 3 seconds to ring my shoes up she still sucked. Go home if you don’t want to work."

"Terrible service I got new shoes on Monday march 20 for shoes I like and spend my money on and I went Tuesday March 21 to return them I told the one helping me I wanted my money back he said “no can do they have been warm already and there in terrible conditions”he said just getting them out of the box and not expecting them at all there where Brand new terrible costumer service I will go Tomorrow and see if another person can help me out and get my money back for them shoes hopefully there’s someone more helpful"
