"I purchased a pair of sandals with arch support 1 size up for $58 They were irregular and did not fit my feet correctly as ALL other sandals I've purchased fit. I contacted someone. They instructed me to send them back ( I paid shipping). That's it !!! I haven't been able to get my money back and do not respond to my emails any more. They have the sandals and my money. I've been trying to contact for months. LOL. I read the 5 star ratings. Those $5 shoes are probably returned shoes that never got refunded. Should have read the reviews first."

"I have tried for over a month to contact someone about a return and have yet to speak with anyone. Multiple emails and multiple phone calls. I even paid to ship the item back which cost nearly the same as I paid for the pair of shoes, and no response. No refund or option to exchange. No nothing. Lesson learned -- will never get my business again. NEVER. No matter how busy, understaffed, or whatever the case may be, at least have the decency to follow up with a customer when they have spent money on your product, and also paid to send your product back unused so that you can turn around and sell it again. Talk about maximizing your profits. To say I'm beyond dissatisfied and disappointed is an understatement."

"Don't work at this place!! They steal your money and make it seem like it's your fault. They do inventory every week and for some reason a pair of shoes would come up missing and Made it seem like it's your fault. The owner makes you carry heavy boxes across the building and tells you to hurry! They under pay their employees and over work them!! They are inconsiderate about their employees so I would NOT WORK there!!"
