"My visit to this particular store was very disappointing, I went to this store because I was told that it's a good place to shop. I work in a corporate setting, so I had on corporate attire. I was prepared to spend quite a bit, but when I noticed that there was more staff than customers and no one wanted to assist me, I decided that I won't be spending my money here. There loss."

"I thought I had a really helpful customer sales rep, but she disappeared and never came back. I tried to get help from another person and they said my size in jeans they didn’t carry. It was really disheartening to shop here as everything is really cluttered. I understand they don’t have a lot of space, but sales rep leaving me saying the would help and never coming back was a bad experience. Also a man had to wait for the returns manager for over 7 minutes."

She found the boots for her at another store. They have a good selection of boots and are reasonably priced. I was surprised when the boots I got were only $75. Highly recommend"
