"Poorly managed store in a nice area. I would only recommend going if you know exactly what you need - sku, color, size - and you really can't wait to get it online or anywhere else. The store wasn't particularly busy, but it was messy, with trash on the seats - the little white papers that cover shoes, plastic inserts, etc. I don't think that it was a "one person made this mess", because all the sitting areas were the same. As other reviewers stated the biggest problem is the staff and the limited selection they carry. Staff avoids you, they seem bothered by people approaching them. At two different times we ask questions, and both times the answer was "you can look it up online" - yeah I know, thank you genius. Disappointing to say the least."

"This Nike store has the worst customer service out of any Nike store I’ve ever been to. And I buy a lot from Nike. Have had multiple order issues and the employees and managers here refuse to help. I then go to a different Nike store and they resolve it without any trouble. Won’t be coming here again."

When I need the latest is sports shoes they will be my go-to store. They carry a bigger variety and selection of sizes than stores that are closer to me."
