"This is the worst location I've been too. I've been racially profiled several times at this location by the security, They will wait until Black/African American customers come into the store and follow them around. I've felt so uncomfortable at this store, The security will give nasty rude looks. I've called and complained about this before but nothing was done. They need to boycott this company all together and shut this location down. Terrible service! Black people, please stop shopping here."

"I've always had pleasant service at this location. Easy to find parking and facility is always clean. Great selection of products, but can be expensive. It's been easy to return items when needed as well. I've had multiple visits to the salon and overall I have been very pleased. I had one visit when I was not happy with the results of the coloring, but I asked to come back in and they were very accommodating to fix it and did not charge me to do so. I really loved Tracy when she was there but she left because her family moved out of state, and since then I saw Vanessa primarily and I think she also does an excellent job and is very pleasant to work with. There is always security staff present and walking the store every time I've been there for the duration of my shopping trip. I've not been to many other Ulta stores to know if that is common for Ulta or not. Overall, I've been really happy with this location."

"I placed an online pickup order and realized it wasn’t what I wanted when I went to pick it up. The sales associate Macy spent some time helping me pick out what I wanted for a gift and we ran into a problem trying to return my online order. She and the manager Grace spent a great deal of time speaking with the customer service center and waiting on hold to eventually refund my full purchase due to a computer issue. The general manager was able to refund my order and I left with a gift that my family member will like. Thank you to the associates for having patience with me and helping me to leave a satisfied customer."

"Ulta is always great- I love it, this one had a nice display and wide selection of products. The employees however, specifically Taylor C, need to work on their customer service. I didn’t appreciate the dirty looks and no speaking that was done while my mom and I checked out."

"I went in for a super quick trip. I didn’t want to deal with extraordinary long lines, so I made a decision to give this place a chance. I am going to say, I did judged, and immediately thought they would be over priced. When I walk in, I looked around, and didn’t know where to begin, so I grabbed a customer service representative. I said, “I’m cheap, I don’t want to spend much, but I need that eyeliner that won’t run, or smear down my face cause I sweat terrible.” So she ask me my range, I gave a price and she showed me a section, but she couldn’t find black in that brand. She called someone in a mic she around her ear, and quickly found another option. This one only had black in the wooden pencil only. I wanted the plastic kind that clicked. So again she called in the microphone this time another girl came out and personally found one with the specifications I wanted. I was impressed with the speed of my service and got exactly what I asked for. The girl that initially showed me around,said that she had just started working there. She was super friendly was so friendly, and made me comfortable when I explained I didn’t want to spend much. I obviously was closed minded when i choose to shop here. They had something for anyone no matter what, including women of color. I never saw so many different types of brands in so many different categories I that I took longer in the store making sure I gave a good review hoping to help someone for somebody who is uncertain of what product to buy. In the back of the store they even had a salon. Truthfully I’d never been into just a make up store, and I didn’t know what to expect."
