"This store has the most disrespectful employees I have ever encountered I called about a shoe to see if it was in stock and they cut me off and said they can’t look up the shoe and hung up. I called again and the issued occurred, from reading these reviews I can see I am not the only with the issue. Management needs to step up and reevaluate their employees. They don’t care about customer service or revenue."

"Walked in and witnessed 6 plus employees and not one person acknowledged I was in the store . I walked around for about 10 minutes and then brought shoe to the front . The employees just looked at like I was a Martian. Most RACISM i have experienced in awhile. Yes I’m white in a store full of black employees. My money spends just like the next person . Total RACISM. WOW! White man can’t buy some shoes ."

"I used my rewards to purchase a pair of flip flops. When the package arrived there was only 1 flip flop. I returned the one flip flop thinking I would get credit for the flip flops. I did not get anything back because it was a reward and no one told me that or I would have exchanged them for something different. I spend too much money at JD and Hibbett for them not to give me my reward."

"When I went to pick up my merchandise. I decided to do curb side pickup. The associate said I had to get off. They were not doing curbside. The email I received said y’all had curbside pickup. I was so disappointed in this store. They need to stop being lazy and do their job."
