"I usually don't leave reviews, but this time, fueled by anger, I'm writing one. I visited on Saturday around 2-3 PM, and while the doorman was friendly, the male SA standing in front of the wallet section was a blatant racist. He intentionally avoided eye contact, sent hostile glares, and needlessly moved away as if he had discovered someone behind me, despite no one being there. While he showed multiple wallets to a white customer, he deliberately ignored me when I tried to inquire about one. Avoid this place at all costs. Headquarters should take action against this employee or this store. What an earth a racist in this century! Do you feel that your behavior is justified just because you work at a luxury shop? Ive been a customer with purchases from various dior locations New York, Houston, Seoul, etc but this unprecedented negative experience shattered my love and devastated image of Dior. omg now that i read the reviews the staffs here seem to be racists rlly. I am asian too."
