"I went with my husband to get his new set of dentures. His appointment was at 8 and by 3:45, on the same day, he had his new dentures. The first visit, they discussed the cost and took impressions, then we went back a few hours later for the fitting and then went back again for the actual dentures. Everyone was super nice, very efficient and we highly recommend them!"

"First of all, I have to pay someone to drive me there. Then I had to take out a loan called Care Credit. For over 1200. To pay affordable dentures. They told me I could have the full set made in one day over the phone. Then I get there and they only have time for a consult. My appointment was for 8 or 9am. They should have had plenty of time. They want me to come back to be sized. The consult was a joke. I was pressured to choose something while someone stares at me angrily like I wasting their valuable time, like they don’t get paid enough to smile and act pleasant, like I’m an inconvenience to them. They couldn’t be bothered to explain care credit or how it works. They made my dentures ill fitting from the start. They wouldn’t listen to what I said. They wanted to just use my old cheap pair to make the impression even tho I’m telling them they don’t fit and shouldn’t be used. Then they acted angry when they find out they don’t fit, and they are gonna have to fix them, and I have to go home and wait a few more days and pay someone again to take me there, miss work again. Now, I may be old fashioned, but when I’m paying well over a thousand for anything, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity, and for the staff to be pleasant and professional, at the very least some politeness is expected. But nope, not this place. They make you feel like you’re the reason they are miserable. I’d give a negative stars. If I could. I have a full set of dentures but I cannot wear the bottom ones at all and rather than be put thru that misery again I wouldn’t go back to have them fixed because I told them when I tried them on they weren’t right, they were hurting me and cutting me on the inside and I was told repeatedly to go home and wear them a few days and they would start feeling right, so it’s been over six or seven months and I can only wear the top piece and I can’t eat walnuts and the more the I think about how they treat people the more I feel like suing somebody, for the poor treatment, the shoddy work, the refusal to fix them and lost wages."

"Good experience, everyone was nice. The only reason I knocked off a star was because I had an appointment for 8:30am and they didn't call me back till 9:10, then I had to come back 2 hrs later to see the wax mold. I didn't expect or plan for it to be a 3 hr ordeal. I will update when I get my actual dentures and see how they fit and look."
