"UK is terrible. Steer-clear of this place. Had a crown placed here, the implant is now failing. Doctors don't seem to know their hands from their feet. After getting the initial consultation and getting the crown ordered I was scheduled to come back after 2 weeks. I came back after 2 weeks and they ordered the wrong type of crown, so nothing was made, I drove there from Cincinnati for absolutely nothing expect a "sorry" from some random person I hadn't even met before, doc was no where to be found. 2 more weeks pass by and I was scheduled to come back. I get there and wait for an hour and a half in the waiting room because, and I am not kidding when I say they couldn't find the tools they need to sit the crown on the implant. If they actually care about their patients, my experience shows nothing of that. Poor customer service, and even worse medical treatment. The most backward group of medical staff I have come across, and now I am restarting the entire process because of them. Which they refuse to acknowledge."

"Terrible customer service ; -Takes 6 months for get a cleaning appointment! -Rarely answers calls. Had to go in person to reschedule an appointment on my way to work. -Unpleasant and unprofessional front desk staff. It’s like they don’t care about their job -Am cancelling my dental insurance with them as soon as open enrollment comes up. It’s better to pay extra insurance to go somewhere better. -Good luck with that place!"

"Booked very far in advance for adult clinic almost 6 months to get an appointment. They really need to add providers to meet the demand. It should not take that long to get in. It's a chronic problem. Otherwise, providers do a good job with dental care."

"Terrible service each and every time I deal with this staff group..front end all the way down to the billing people. Right now I just asked to speak with a supervisor because Tracey is completely annoyed at the fact I know what I am talking about but she wants to give me the run around. Ive been on hold for 15 minutes now. Any time I try to receive much needed dental work they do 100 x-rays and tell me the samething they told me last vist. These employees make UK adult dentistry look bad. I would never recommend. This is the 5th time I've had to file a complaint or do a review."

"Very unprofessional! Went in 45 minutes early to appointment considering it was my first visit with them. Waited over an hour only to be told that the dentist was not available even though I had a scheduled appointment. Was told I could not be seen for another month! I received no phone call or cancellation from the dentist. Updating this review after second appointment. Went in and was told they do not accept united healthcare even though that is the insurance I have had on file with them since the first appointment. I was told they could not help unless I was willing to pay everything out of pocket. Deborah working the front desk obviously hates her job as well as the customers who come in. She was rude the first and second appointment. This "office" does not care about it's customer base. I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone! Head this warning! Wasted 2 months trying to work with this dentist."
