"Dr. Williams and his staff are light-years above all the other dentists I have ever been to in my life. Dr. Williams has, for lack of a better term, the best bedside manner of any dentist I've met in my 55 years. He is soft-spoken and has accommodating solutions for whatever you might tell him. He listened to everything I had to say and did not once show any judgment or negativity toward me. He only had positive recommendations for it all. To say he is VERY GENTLE is an abundant understatement. He gave me a temporary fix to a broken tooth while we waited to hear back from my insurance company. No numbing was involved and I didn't feel a thing! Now, let me tell you about his staff! His staff is the most friendly you will ever meet. Alexis is who I have dealt with so far, and she goes above and beyond for patients. Here's proof... I was leaving their 3rd floor office yesterday by way of the one and only elevator in the building. I step off the elevator and Alexis has raced me to the first floor by way of the stairs to bring me my insurance card!! How many office staff do you know that would do that!?!? If I could give Dr. Williams Family Dentistry 10 out of 5 stars, I certainly would! I have found my forever dentist!"
