"My Grandchildren go here and I love Dr. Humphrey and the entire staff. You can tell they love children. Very capable staff and office."
"This place is amazing! The staff is wonderful and they always put the kids at ease. Very thorough and efficient, but quick."
"So when we first started going there, they were great. The staff was very nice. They have a nice waiting room for the kids, and the whole process was well thought out and a good experience for the kids. We had to have a tooth removed for a cavity and some other work done. It ended up being a few thousand dollars with very little help from our insurance. The whole process went very well, we paid them and we thought it was done. However, several months later we go to schedule a cleaning, and they tell us we aren't welcome there anymore. I was shocked and ask why. They say that we didn't pay the $30 copay for the insurance. (Which we paid as soon as we received the notice). They sent us to collections over it and blacklisted us. Maybe they sent us a notice in the mail and it got lost or we misplaced it, I have no idea. But we just payed you thousands of dollars and started taking our 2 young children there for what would have been years of checkups and procedures performed. It doesn't seem worth it to lose all of that for a $30 copay that we didn't even know existed until we were sent to collections over it. Not to mention having zero empathy or understanding for the customer and causing this sort of negative review and criticism. I understand that you did everything within your procedures and that technically we were wrong because we accidentally missed this small copay, however this is no way to treat people. I hope in the future you can treat people with a little more respect, understanding, and courtesy. I'd hate for another family to have to go through this sort of unkind behavior and negative experience."
"The people are amazing and so patient with my daughter. We came her for her first visit 6 years ago and will continue coming here until they kick her out lol."
"My 4 1/2 year old son just had his first visit to this office, second dentist visit overall and wow what a breeze it was compared to his old dentist. Amy B was his Hygienist and she was so calm and patient with my son. She took the time to talk to him when he wasn't really wanting anything done and let him touch every tool before using it. Even when he started to play music off his phone to try and distract her she just went with it and started singing and dancing with him to keep him calm and comfortable. I'm so pleased with our visit and we both can't wait to come again. Oh, and, the waiting room is awesome! My son had a blast playing while he waited to be called back. -Only downfall was my appointment time was 1pm and I arrived around 12:30 (like to be early especially as a new patient) and no one was back from lunch till about 12:50. So if you can avoid an appointment exactly at 1pm.But I'll definitely be recommending to friends with children in the area."
