"I had my braces done here before. Dr. John was very nice, patient, and well-spoken. However, the techs there were very rude. There were two ladies in particular. One was extremely rude about my teeth. I had a spring in and it was very difficult to brush around at first and she told me “isn’t this disgusting, would you want that in your mouth? Why keep it there?” Regarding a small piece of food behind the spring. She then went and told other workers about it. The other woman was very inconsiderate during the removal of my braces. I have very sensitive teeth and it hurt so bad when getting them off. She was grinding the glue off, which I understand is necessary. She told me when to tell her I need a break. I had to ask for a break often because it was so painful. She quickly became annoyed and snapped and said “well we’re never going to get this done if you keep needing a break.” I just feel these things were rude to say to a child. The first woman was pregnant at the time and second was a little bit older. I don’t remember their names."
