"Save yourself the trouble and call somebody else. I had my truck towed. He forgot to leave my key with the shop. Then hung up on me when I tried to call to see what was going on. Very unprofessional!! Do not recommend."

"Picking up our motorcycle from the wreck my husband was in was timely and they let us pick up personal items from the bike while in storage which was good. But they wouldn’t tow it to our house til after the insurance co paid for the tows to and from their yard and the storage. Then once the insurance company had already paid, they kept saying they were too busy to bring it to our house. Twice already my husband has waited at home for them to bring it after they set up a time to do it and both times they haven’t shown up or even called to say they weren’t coming after all. This is a great inconvenience for us. If we had thought about it we would have had MCCartys pick it up from Affordable and brought it home. We have used them enough to know we would have had it in a covered garage 3 days ago during these storms. Not sitting outside in the weather. I don’t recommend using them unless you don’t care how long it takes for them to get your vehicle to you."
