"Broke my tire pressure sensor and then lied about it. Would not have cared if they had told the truth and offered to fix it, but instead had to argue with the service manager who kept trying to deny responsibility."

"Well they screwed up my wheel lugnut key by using it on an impact but we're very professional to fix what they messed up. The manager replaced $150 worth of lugnuts with OEM lugs and paid to replace the key. I was overall satisfied with the work, professionalism, and assertive action!"

"I took my car in at 9:30 AM for a standard oil change. The attendant told me it would be a couple of hours, and it was not ready til sometime after 2. Once I stopped in to pick it up they said I was next in line, and then 45 minutes later when I went back to get it it had still not been taken back because they had to redo someone else's they had messed up on. During all this time not once did I receive a phone call saying it would take longer than they said or an apology for the long wait."
