"Pros: They fixed the problem that I needed addressed Cons: They broke other stuff in the process of fixing my original problem. They agreed to fix it until they realized it was going to cost $900 in material, so they did not honor fixing what they broke. A man shouldn't pay $110/hr plus ($25 shop supplies- hidden fee gimmick) for amateurs to fix a water pump that took 7.5 hours to fix. I wish my other mechanic wasn't on vacation so I could have avoided dealing with these crooks."
